Bill specializes in all aspects of Wall St Recruitment from Senior Management thru staff professionals covering all Asset Classes, Front to Back Office, Regulatory Reform, IT Security, and Infrastructure. After graduating with a BS in Business Administration from Saint Francis College, Bill began his career as a recruiter with Wells Management Corporation and subsequently was named Managing Director of Executive Careers, Inc. Bill is an ethical and professional business person who prides himself in assisting clients in identifying qualified candidates for critical roles in a timely and efficient manner.

Bill is well connected and respected by the top end of Global Financial Services. He has completed hundreds of searches, introducing senior staff as well as middle and upper management. Many of  these individuals have now become leaders in the Financial Services community.

MELISSA ROSATO- RUSSO   joined the firm in 2006 as a full life cycle Recruitment Professional for all positions represented by the firm. Melissa is also responsible for all Marketing related initiatives as well as staying up to date on the latest  Recruitment & Research practices. KENNETH ROSATO, CFP  joined W.R. Rosato & Associates, LLC in 2011 as a Research/Recruitment Professional. He is responsible for Research and Recruitment as well as identification of candidates for key searches handled by the firm. In addition to his duties as a Wall St. IT Recruiter, Ken handles engagements relating to Regulatory Reform and Financial Advisors & Traders.
His earlier career spans 30 years in the Financial industry acting as a Financial Advisor and Branch Manager at Janney Montgomery Scott, LLC and Advest, Inc.  He is a graduate of St. Francis College with a B.S. in Business Administration and a graduate of Adelphi University as a Certified Financial Planner. Ken- Ken@wrrosato.com

ANDREA MALONEY joined the firm in 1995 as Business Manager. Andrea is responsible for the Firm’s Consulting Practice, Financials and Office Management.
