Sr. Broadridge/Fixed Income Business Analyst

Summary:

The Fixed Income Project Services team is responsible for supporting the Americas change agenda by implementing sound project management practices and providing subject matter expertise.  The team supplements other groups within Fixed Income IT with Project Management and Business experience.  The Project Manager/Business Analyst will combine his/her experience in Fixed Income and in Project Management to lead projects within the project portfolio, which could include management of internal developers and/or vendors.

 

A strong understanding of the Fixed Income business is required, as well as, understanding the front to back trade flows to process Fixed Income activity.  At least 5 years of experience with the Impact system (Broadridge) is required.  Strong Project Management skills required to manage the entire project life cycle, including planning, requirements gathering, coordination of SIT/UAT, implementation, status reporting, stakeholder and financial management.

 

The role will involve regular interaction with the business to gather requirements, address project issues / risk, and update on progress. The majority of work will be done in collaboration with vendors or internal development teams to achieve the business objectives. The role also encompasses responsibility for the overall execution of project initiatives to meet business needs

Essential Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst
  • Experience with Fixed Income business, including repo’s
  • Proven ability to manage and work within multiple projects, priorities and demands in an efficient and dynamic manner
  • Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Organizational skills
