Manager- Client OnBoarding
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Sales and clients in facilitating on-boarding requests
- Coordinate across all facets of the client on-boarding lifecycle including documentation collection and validation, reference data creation and enrichment, credit review and legal agreement execution
- Serve as a single point of contact for on-boarding inquiries and escalations
- Ensure execution of all appropriate due diligence requirements prior to on-boarding
- Proactively assess areas for processes improvements and help drive changes
Qualifications
- B.A. Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial services operations, compliance, or Client Onboarding required.
- Experience in financial services, preferably Investment Banking.
- Knowledge of KYC and due diligence requirements is required. Full knowledge of the documents process necessary to onboard new clients. (Formation and Certificates of Incorporation to vetting docs of board members)
- Strong client focus and direct experience in working with Front Office (Sales and/or Clients) Ability to partner with various internal groups and front office.
- Must possess a strong control mindset with the ability to identify and fix gaps.
- Individual must be results driven, pay attention to detail and be willing to break down barriers and obstacles.
- Focused on delivering a seamless and smooth “client experience”
- Ability to successfully influence many different groups and individuals to deliver high quality and timely results.
- Ability to directly address conflicts and escalate issues where appropriate.
- Strong communication skills are a must, offering a dynamic, pro-active and creative personality. High energy!
