Senior Business Analyst
Our client, a major Investment Bank seeks a Senior Business Analyst to participate in the Security Based Swap Dealer certification and registration process. This Business Analyst will be very comfortable with CFTC rules as well as strong multi asset swaps.
We are re-engineering the business functionality of how we trade swaps so we remain DFA compliant. This individual will work closely with traders, compliance and regulators assuring best practices of business processes are defined and followed. This ground floor business process re-engineering initiative requires a senior individual contributor that is self governed and meticulous. Strong swaps knowledge, CFTC and Registration or Certification desirable.
