1- Senior Project Manager: A Project Manager role on the Regulatory Change program with the ability/experience to lead global projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for the end to end execution and delivery of regulatory change projects. Someone who has experience working with US regulations (Dodd Frank or other regulations), strong analytical skills, regulatory interpretation, rule traceability through to implementation, implement regulatory control framework, ability to lead meetings across business and global functions, driving the project delivery with stakeholders, focus on risk and issue management and decision making. Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, ability to work with global stakeholders are important. Strong capital markets background; experience working with Front Office stakeholders and Big 4 would be a plus.
2- BA/PM hybrid: Someone who has experience working with US regulations (Dodd Frank or other regulations), strong analytical skills, regulatory interpretation, rule traceability through to implementation, ability to write/update policy and procedure documents, ability to lead meetings including putting the materials together, understanding what needs to be covered, focus on risk and issue management and decision making. Strong BA skills, work with SMEs to assess business impact of regulations and ability to write business requirement documents. Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, ability to work with global stakeholders are important. Strong capital markets background; experience working with Front Office stakeholders and Big 4 would be a plus.
3- Project Manager- To assist on the LIBOR Transition program. We seek a project manager that is also hands on and able to carry out analysis when required. For this particular role, as it will support the Markets business, derivatives experience is necessary and particularly in Fixed Income. Individual should also have experience working with the Markets business and a strong understanding of the end to end transaction workflow. The candidate will have a good knowledge of asset classes and business functions across Global Banking and Capital Markets but will be engaged for their change skills rather than their subject matter expertise. The primary deliverable is to affect the Change the Bank Program of LIBOR to SOFR
4. Major Investment Bank seeks a PM/BA with experience in Hedge Accounting and Transfer Pricing.
Ideally this person would have previously worked in/with a Balance Sheet Management (BSM) group or an Asset Liability Management (ALM) group within a Bank.
As this is a hybrid PM/BA role, the candidates must be comfortable in both project management and analysis.
